All PLAYR.gg giveaway hosts are required to ship any/all physical prizes within 30 days of a winner claiming their prize.
If, after 60 days you still have not received your prize, or if you're looking for further details related to the prize in question (including shipping information or tracking numbers) we encourage you to attempt to politely contact the giveaway host directly.
