I'm receiving an error when I try and enter using Twitter Follow
Note: If you're receiving the error "...has already been linked to another PLAYR.gg account" please follow the instructions found here.
If you're receiving any other error message related to our Twitter based entry methods, please attempt the below troubleshooting method.
Troubleshooting
1. Disconnect your Twitter integration from PLAYR.gg under:
My Account > Third Party Integrations > Twitter > Disconnect
2. Go to Twitter and log out of your account
3. Connect your Twitter integration from PLAYR.gg under:
My Account > Third Party Integrations > Twitter > Connect
4. Log in to Twitter when prompted
If your issue persists after having attempted the above troubleshooting method, please submit a Support Request and our Support Team will gladly assist further.
